EFA-SmartBuilding enables the seamless integration of efda doors via Modbus TCP/IP into a higher-level building management system. This allows efda doors to be centrally and efficiently controlled and managed together with other smart building components. Door and control data are provided in real time in a structured and high-quality format. This enables detailed analysis of connected sensörs, proactive bakım planning, and the implementation of complex automation scenarios.
By detecting malfunctions immediately, downtime can be minimized. Various actions can be flexibly controlled, such as door opening, deactivation of opening impulses or the membrane keypad, as well as reducing the operating speed. Additionally, EFA-SmartBuilding enables the control of external actuators to implement versatile automation processes.

EFA-SmartBuilding can be integrated into existing building management systems. This works via Modbus TCP/IP. As a result, efda high-speed doors can be centrally and efficiently controlled together with other smart building components.
To ensure EFA-SmartBuilding operates securely and efficiently, this tool does not require an internet connection. This means that EFA-SmartBuilding and efda high-speed doors are, for example, protected from external hacker attacks.
EFA-SmartBuilding improves the efficiency of processes. Various actions can be flexibly controlled, such as door opening, deactivation of opening impulses or the membrane keypad, as well as reduction of operating speeds.
